Contract Logistics Sales - Senior Manager

1/ Sales & Business Development

- Identify and develop new Contract Logistics customers, which is Non-Samsung accounts.

- Conduct direct sales activities across Vietnam to expand market presence.

- Prepare quotations and Business proposals for diverse 3PL/4PL services.

- Analyze market trends and industry data to uncover new opportunities (Regional/Industry wise).

2/ Account Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Vietnam.

- Prepare and execute Account Action Plans and sales forecasts.

- Clarify customer's requirements/needs, and leads cross-functional efforts to deliver optimal logistics solutions.

- Promote existing customers’ retention, cross selling and upselling.

3/ Implementation & Collaboration

- Cooperate with Contract Logistics Innovation/ Operation team during on-boarding and implementation process to ensure the service alignment.

- Support team expansion, mentor newly hired staff.

- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree above (major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred).
• English Advance Level, other language skill is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics industry, a strong focus on Contract Logistics.
• Proven track record in generating New Business Development/Sales account.
• Proven ability to develop and manage large-scale, long-term contracts and global accounts.
• Established customer network across South East Asia and Australia is a plus.
• Experience in supply chain solutions system (FIS/WMS/TMS).
