- Make sure monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing is done correctly and on time.
- Send monthly financial reports to clients on time.
- Help create and use new ways to improve how the company works.
- Train new and current staff when needed.
- Handle staff problems like conflicts, absences, or poor performance.
- Set yearly goals with each team member and check their progress to help them grow.
- Help the Managing Director with special projects and process improvements.
- Other tasks assigned by managers.
【Must】
- English: Upper-Intermediate
- More than 5 years of experience in accounting service companies.
- More than 3 years of experience in management in the accounting and tax field
【Prefer, not must requirement】
- Working experience in international accounting and tax services firms (Big 4)
- Having CPA, CPTA, APC certification
- Compulsory insurance payment according to the provisions of the Labor Law;
- 24/7 accident and health insurance: after the employee completes the official 12-month contract.
- Annual leave: 12 days. Plus 1 day of family leave (total of 13 days of leave) after completing the 12-month official contract.
- Salary review: 1 time a year
- Bonus: decided by the Board of Directors based on the company's business results and employee performance.
- Periodic health check: 1 time a year
- In case parents, spouse, or children suffer from a serious illness (according to the List issued by the Department of Health), the company will support 10 million VND/case.
- Company travel, teambuilding: once a year.
