Mô tả công việc:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to spearhead the launch and development of our sales department at our Vietnam operations.
The successful candidate will establish sales strategies, build a high-performing sales team, and drive revenue growth across sectors such as contract manufacturing, automation systems, AI-empowered sewing robots, and integrated production management systems.
This role calls for a blend of entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, and a solid understanding of B2B industrial equipment sales.
This position demands someone who can navigate a multilingual business environment and deliver impactful results.

【Responsiblities】
-Develop and execute sales strategies for market segments within the automation equipment, systems, and contract manufacturing industries.
-Contribute to company profitability by achieving sales targets.
-Collaborate with sales teams from other branches for global cooperation.
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
-Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order acquisition.
-Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups, ensuring repeat business.
-Coordinate with internal engineering teams to define technical specifications, prepare proposals, and set commercial terms based on customer requirements.
-Cover sales territories across East Asia to India, excluding China and Japan.
-Record and share customer information and communications in the company’s CRM system.
-Act as the first point of contact for after-sales support, working with engineering teams to resolve issues.
-Prepare sales reports and sales forecasts, and report to the manager.
-In the future, take responsibility for building, training, and managing the sales team.

Yêu cầu công việc:

-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
-English (Upper-intermediate level)
-5–10 years of sales experience in the factory automation (FA) equipment or automation machinery industry.
-Proven track record of sales achievements and contributing to market expansion.
-Strong understanding of automation equipment and systems.

- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and negotiate both internally and externally.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
