- Check payment records and process payment orders through the online banking system. Perform accounting tasks using software.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable. Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable and accounts payable at the end of the period. Record accounting entries for expenses, allocations, payroll, revenue, bank fees, and other items. Monitor and record accrued expenses. Revalue the initial foreign currency balances of accounts receivable and bank balances. Evaluate exchange rate differences.
- Regularly monitor changes in bank account balances. Prepare bank statements. Contact the bank at the end of each period to confirm loan interest rates.
- Prepare and submit monthly Value-Added Tax (VAT) and individual income tax returns, statistical reports, project progress reports, and loan interest reports.
- Register for personal tax deductions upon request from employees. For employees who have not yet obtained an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), register for an ITIN.
- Maintain accounting records.
- Other related tasks.

- More than 2 years experience as an accounting.
- English: Intermediate level.
- Excellent PC skills (Excel, Accounting software like MISA)
- Basic Knowledge of Value-Added Tax (VAT), Individual Income Tax, and Corporate Income Tax
