Chi Tiết Công Việc

1. Intercompany Receivable/Payable Management
Monitor and reconcile receivables/payables between Annam and internal companies.
Post purchase orders, returns, and related transactions for internal companies.
Record branch and intercompany transactions transferred to Head Office accounts.
2. Fixed Assets & Prepaid Expenses
Create asset codes for new assets at Sai Gon, Phu Quoc, and Mui Ne locations.
Review and post depreciation/amortization at month-end.
Verify fixed asset, prepaid expense, and depreciation/amortization accounts nationwide.
Prepare supporting documents for asset inventory, transfer, and liquidation.
3. Month-end Closing & Reconciliation
Reconcile sub-ledger balances with Accounts Payable and General Ledger accounts.
Review detailed balances of account groups 138 and 338.
Ensure accounting records are accurate and completed on time.
4. Reporting & Other Tasks
Monitor and calculate rebates and supporting fees.
Consolidate cash flow reports.
Record accounting transactions and prepare reports as requested by management.

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance & Accounting
Minimum 2 years in Accounting field, preferably worked at the same position
Strong in Accounting, taxation, communication, appearance, candidates who have knowledge in Import & Export is preferable
Understanding ERP is preferable
Good at Excel and typing skills.
