Manage and grow the brand’s business performance across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tiki, etc.).
Take responsibility for driving commercial performance, including monitoring revenue, GMV, ROI, conversion rate, and proposing initiatives for growth.
Develop and execute sales plans, promotional strategies, and budget allocation for each campaign.
Maintain and expand client relationships; act as the main contact point between the brand and internal teams (Media, Design, Operation).
Prepare periodic business performance reports, analyze data, and provide optimization recommendations.
Monitor market trends, update competitor activities, and propose strategies to enhance commercial performance.

At least 3-year experience in E-commerce (Account Management, Brand Operation, or Marketing). Candidates with experience at Agencies/Enablers are preferred.
Knowing how to run Ads and manage Ads-budget in Ecom Platform is an advantage.
Strong experience in data analysis, budget management, reporting, and commercial mindset with strong numerical sensitivity.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and e-commerce platform management tools.
Good English communication skills; strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: 10 – 15 million VND/month.
