Mô tả công việc:
One of our clients, which is a software company, is looking for a QC Leader
【Job detail】
- Lead and mentor the QC team
- Develop and implement QA strategies, prioritizing automation testing
- Analyze product requirements and review design documents
- Enhance unit testing quality using visualization tools
- Design, review, and improve test plans and test cases
- Standardize and improve QC processes
- Set goals for the QC team and guide members in achieving them
- Introduce and manage automation testing implementation
- Plan skill development and training programs for the team
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor's degree with IT related major
- 5 or more years of Experience as QC staff in the IT industry
- At least 1 year of experience as a QC Leader in a project with 5 or more members
- Experience in Writing SQL
- Experience in Performance Testing or Security testing
