Mô tả công việc:
- Assist Chiropractors, therapists, and nurses in communicating with Vietnamese patients.
- Translate documents from English to Vietnamese.
- Coordinate patient flows to ensure the smooth transfer between the Doctor’s room and other departments.
- Maintain patient satisfaction by addressing patients’ feedback, and clarifying their concerns and inquiries.
- Expand other services at the clinic to all patients.
- Other tasks if needed or required by the manager.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- High fluency in spoken and written English.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to exercise courtesy and maintain a gracious manner with all patients.
- Hard-working and attentive attitude.
- Multi-task execution ability.
- Willing to learn more about medical terms.
