Trim Support Officer

• Monitor and perform warehouse export :

- Get a list of cutting orders from warehouse staff.

-Enter cutting orders daily on the trim data report and make a delivery slip for the warehouse staff to pick up raw materials for the production sewing line.

-Print PO stickers for production

-Enter the delivery slip on the trim data report.

- Support warehouse staff to prepare materials for daily cutting orders. Get zippers for production orders ,update actual stock left into report data after making output.

-Update the remaining correct stock of other trim after making output.

- Update new style to report data from warehouse staff completing records.

• Monitor and perform warehouse import:

*Collar/cuff/ ribs imported:

-Count actual quantity received and input on data collar report/ access system.

-Check new shade against old stock shade and report to management if the shades are different(according to proceduce of picking up collar)

-Prepare collars/ribs for production orders .

-Check remaining inventory required from OE/management department.

-From daily cutting orders make output into reporting data and access system

*Other trims imported:

-Support warehouse staff to receive raw materials from the orders placed, check from quantity / quality and put in in the warehouse.

-Make forms related to ISO assessment:

+ Input slip

+ Material checking slip

+ Input slip the trims from customer (UMSA) sent

- Complete ISO document (output slip/input slip), save documents monthly.

• Perform inventory of trimmed stock

- Support warehouse staff to check the actual stock left of materials at the end of each month.

- Make an inventory at the end of the year with auditors.

• Other jobs required from line manager/Director.

-Qualification: Graduated from University Economics….etc.

-Experiences: 1 -3 year experience for same position.

Skills & Abilities:

-Problem solving skills.

-Organizing working and responsibility.

- Control the time working.

- English skill , MS Office.

• Working time: From Monday to Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are weekend;
• Annual leave: 14 days / year;
• 13th month bonus;
• Lunch meal.
