Training Director (Manufacturing)

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Training Director (Manufacturing, ID18367, 3500 USD):

Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with the Group’s philosophy and overall development goals.

Lead the successful execution of training strategies approved by the Group Executive Board, with a current focus on internal training initiatives.

​​​​​​​Priority is given to the Production sector, emphasizing communication and management skills for line and area managers to enhance team retention.

Carry out additional tasks as assigned by senior leadership.

• Passionate about training and human resource development, with 5–10 years of relevant experience.
  ​​​Experience in educational environments is a strong advantage.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to connect teams, manage external relations, and deliver engaging, impactful instruction.
• Proficient in English across all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Skilled in designing, executing, and evaluating training programs of various scales—from small workshops to large organizational initiatives.
