Team Leader

• TeamLead is the leader of a specific team.
• This is considered an important position to help the whole team operate effectively.
• The TeamLead will be responsible for setting goals, plans, directing implementation, monitoring and evaluating work performance.
• Besides, TeamLead also needs to unite members into a unified team, working effectively for a common goal.

• Manage a team size of at least 10 members or higher
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to team members, Identify goals and factors that improve member performance.
• Being responsible for ensuring that all services of team are delivered within the SLA
• Being responsible for leading the team to perform company policy, process & strategies, BPO quality management and Quality assurance.
• Provide team members with necessary support and assistance to keep team morale andensure the smooth operation of the team
• Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, utilising clear goals and objective setting to help the team succeed
• Being responsible for running new projects and providing high quality training to the team
• Additional compatible and related responsibilities which are not necessarily listed above
