Mô tả công việc

Oversee recruitment requirements and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent attraction, sourcing, and selection to onboarding, ensuring alignment with business strategies and adherence to HR policies.
Coordinate recruitment management across subsidiary systems, ensuring efficiency and consistency throughout the process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements, providing suitable recruitment solutions and assessment methods.
Maintain and regularly update job descriptions and recruitment criteria to ensure relevance and clarity.
Oversee and update the candidate database, actively building and nurturing a pipeline of high-potential talent for future roles, while optimizing recruitment costs and operational efficiency.
Drive employer branding initiatives, participating in events and campaigns to enhance the company's brand visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice.
Develop recruitment forecasts and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
Over 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong expertise in the field;
Proven candidate sourcing skills, with the ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates;
Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy; demonstrated ability to work independently in planning and managing projects;
Proficient in database management and data reporting;
Highly proactive, exercises sound judgment, and takes appropriate actions when necessary;
Proficient PC skills for formatting reports, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.;
Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills;
Strong command of English.
