- Have experience in hiring junior - director level (min. 1 year experience)
- Knowing end to end recruitment cycle (from sourcing to contract offering)
- Have the exprience in various sourcing method including headhunting
- Used to several assessment tools including psychological test, general knowledge test, BEI
- Handle internal training
- Manage the training schedule from vendors
