Senior Product Developer-Utility Footwear

1. Development samples are made to the highest Quality level, best Cost, good fitting and deliver on time.

2. Make sure product 'Buy Ready' and hand over to Commercialization, providing support from T1 to T4.

3. Design package/new development review with Asia team covering Vietnam, Cambodia, India and Thailand(if needed).

4. Follow utility/work boots criteria for executing physical and RSL testing in development material and finished sample.

5. To work closely with material team sourcing the best quality and competitive price material & component following company RSL and QPS guidelines.

6. Work with a global, cross-functional product creation team from design and development milestones through commercialization building products go above and beyond.

7. Capable to analyze design packages and prepare for factory deliverables.

8. Be responsible for the sample process, including submitting clear sample request, summarize product teardowns, to document and communicate any revisions in an efficient manner.

9. Investigate the problem, analyzing design tech packages prior to hand-off for potential construction, material, fit & wear, or cost concerns.

10. Communicate options to product teams for improved construction, materials, and components to improve functionality, aesthetics, duty, and fit.

Work location: Cambodia

At least 10 years in the footwear industry, in which 5 years or above in connectionwith product development and management, preferable in footwear, retail or
consumer product industries
