FOTI Markets is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Support Officer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries efficiently.

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information on products, services, and policies.
• Guide clients through the full process from opening account, KYC verification while troubleshoot and resolve issues. Escalating complex cases to manager when necessary.
• Accurately document all client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales and technical support, to ensure a seamless client journey.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within fintech, financial services, insurance or trading.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, experience using CRM system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Team-oriented mindset, able to work effectively cross departments to ensure fast and accurate response.
• Proficiency in English/Chinese/Japanese/Thai/Indonesian… (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading is a plus.
