Search and identify potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, etc.).
Screen candidate profiles to ensure qualifications match job descriptions.
Approach and engage passive candidates professionally and persuasively.
Conduct initial phone/online interviews to assess interest, availability, and basic fit.
Maintain and update candidate data in internal tracking systemsBuild and maintain a talent pool for frequently hired positions.
- Good command of English
- From 5 years of working experience included 3 years as Headhunter/Recruitment Consultant/Career Advisor experience in hiring variety industry.
- Have the strong knowledge to find from middle to high class candidates.
- Work priority should be high, work under pressure.
- Soft skill: Good communication, listening and interpersonal, strong decision making.
- With the ability to motivate and build a rapport with people.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (interviewing, reference check, etc.).
- Mature, patient, and a strong team player.
- Growth-oriented mindset with the ambition to grow into a managerial role in the near future.
*** Work from home policy: 2-4-8 days/ months
*** Income = Basic Salary 16 -19.5M gross (nego) + Commision + Incentive
