ABOUT THE JOB
Quality assurance for software delivery
• Clarify the requirements of the stakeholders' department
• In charge of translating business requirements into IT specifications
• Support conducting UAT testing plan and test case
• Conduct cooperation between the business and IT team for any misunderstandings and agreement on project completion techniques
• In charge of interacting with any new business initiatives
• Define operational goals basing on the business functions and database
• Design new programs by analyzing requirements, building work charts and diagrams, system capability and writing specifications
• Monitor project progress with activity tracking, problem solving, publication progress reports, ...
• Provide user references in writing and maintain user documentation, providing help desk support, and training users
• Maintain user trust and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Contributing to the team's efforts by supporting the work phases as needed
• Develop and maintain a project management methodology including documentation templates, identification of phases, projects, report for successful project delivery
• Responsible for delivering projects in which aim and objectives are outlined in relevant specifications for assigned projects
Research, management and team development
• Proactively contact the support department to complete the development phase if necessary
• Have a cooperative attitude with everyone to complete the assigned tasks
• Participate in supporting other departments in the UAT process such as redefining bugs or solving software problems
• Able to self-study and learn new techniques
• Participate in training and development and manage other team members

ABOUT YOU
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology or equivalent degree
• 4+ years of experience in management analysis and system development. Experience in the financial and insurance industry is preferred
• Proficient in orienting diverse business networks and effective information analysis
• Good English communication and presentation skills on required technical topics and information technology systems
• Task management skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under high pressure
• Experienced in team management and training
