Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

Accounting & Finance
- Oversee management accounting and financial accounting processes, collaborating with external accounting firms for support.
- Ensure accurate tracking of financial transactions and strict compliance with local tax regulations.
- Work with outside accounting firms to conduct financial reviews, tax filings, and audit compliance
- Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Assist with budgeting, management of financial forecasts, and management decision-making.
Contract Management & Local Business Practices
- Draft and review contracts with local farmers and suppliers, ensuring smooth contract execution.
- Manage contract execution, ensuring timely and legally sound contract procedures.
- Develop and implement practical solutions to address challenges related to VAT invoices.
- Understand local business practices and establish mechanisms to minimize legal and contractual risks.
- Drafting, reviewing and managing contracts with local suppliers, farmers, etc.
- Propose practical and compliant solutions to issues related to VAT invoices
- Manage contractual risks and ensure compliance
Operational Efficiency & Management
- Develop and optimize expense management and procurement systems to improve back-office efficiency.
- Streamline business travel expense management and rental car bookings to reduce operational costs.
- Ensure smooth communication between the local team and headquarters, facilitating seamless workflow.
- Propose improvements to business processes and systems in response to the company's growth, adapting flexibly to evolving needs.
- The company's back-office operations are also responsible for the development and implementation of cost-cutting measures to improve the efficiency of expense management, travel arrangements, and procurement processes.
- Improvement of overall back-office processes and contribution to operational efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc:


- Bachelor's degree.
- English: Advanced level
- More than 5 years of working experience in accounting and finance area, especially in tax reporting, financial reporting and audit handling.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations, including VAT-related issues
- Experience working with external accounting firms and legal advisors
- Experience in contract management and legal-related tasks
- Understanding of local tax regulations and business practices
- Experience in business process improvement and operational efficiency
- Flexibility in a startup environment and strong problem-solving skills
