Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle: bookkeeping, reconciliations, monthly/annual closings, and reporting.Oversee partner financial processes: reconciliation of COD remittances, partner billing, settlement of penalties, and service fees.Handle client financial processes: invoices, postpaid account tracking, deposits, and balance management.Monitor and report on banking activities: deposits, withdrawals, and direct payments.Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.Develop internal financial policies and controls for COD remittance, deposits, top-ups, and auto-debits.Work with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required. Provide financial analysis and insights to management for decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.3–5 years of professional accounting/finance experience, preferably in logistics or tech startups.Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and familiarity with IFRS is an advantages.Hands-on experience with banking, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.Perfect communication skills in Vietnamese and working proficiency in English.
