Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Salary up to $2300/month awaits! We are recruiting Finance Manager (Manufacturing,ID 19407) for a foreign-invested company:

1. Financial Management & Control

• Lead and supervise accounting teams across multiple entities (TXVN, SSYVN, Hengli Garment VN).

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of full sets of accounts, financial statements, and monthly management reports.

• Review and monitor company cash flow, budgets, and forecasts (April–September / October–March cycles).

• Conduct financial analysis and job costing to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.

• Oversee internal controls, accounting procedures, and risk management practices across all companies.

2. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and relevant tax regulations.

• Prepare and submit statutory reports, tax declarations, and annual audit documents.

• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities for audit and compliance purposes.

• Ensure proper implementation of transfer pricing documentation and reports.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with the Group’s finance and internal audit teams to align policies, reporting systems, and controls.

• Collaborate with banks, government agencies, and external auditors as required.

• Communicate effectively with both Vietnamese and foreign management teams (English required; Chinese preferred).

4. Policy & System Development

• Review and enhance the company’s finance and accounting policies, SOPs, and internal manuals.

• Implement financial and operational improvement initiatives in line with Group standards.

• Monitor the performance of accounting systems (MISA or others) and ensure proper data integrity.

5. Other Duties

• Support business decision-making through financial insights and recommendations.

• Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

• Female, 34-47 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Chief Accountant Certificate ismandatory.
• Minimum5 yearsof experience in aFinance/Accounting Manager rolewithin amanufacturing FDI company.
• Proficiency inMISAor other ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills inEnglish(required) andChinese(preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
