Chi Tiết Công Việc

Manage and lead multiple social campaigns simultaneously, ensuring quality execution and on-time delivery.
Work closely with the Account Manager to take client briefs, develop proposals, and present to clients when needed.
Prepare quotations, manage budgets & optimizing KPI for client.
Build and manage project timelines, proactively identifying risks and solutions.
Take ownership of campaign execution across digital platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Zalo, etc.), including coordinating with third-party partners and ensuring smooth delivery throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and proactively suggest optimizations to improve outcomes.
Report on project progress, risks, and KPI performance to internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, social, and media) to ensure seamless execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party partners.
Mentor/guide junior team members (if any) and support team efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in a digital/social agency as a Senior Account Executive.
Solid experience in managing social/digital campaigns independently.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Experience in proposal development, reporting, and client-facing roles.
