- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence in the manufacturing and electronics industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal technical teams to deliver optimal product solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and recommend business development strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to the sales team.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with major clients in alignment with company policies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic proposals for management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through proactive communication and after-sales support.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
- Degree not required with sufficient experience
- English (Intermediate or high)
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial consumables.
- Strong network in manufacturing sectors.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT)
