Mô tả công việc:

$4000/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Sales Manager (Resin, ID21155) for a Foreign Invested company:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and approaching new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, expand the customer network, and strengthen customer relationships to achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to enhance their knowledge, performance, and selling skills.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to support product development and business growth.
  • Utilize strong understanding of the Vietnam chemical market to drive value-based sales, optimize pricing strategies, and promote technology-oriented solutions.
  • Carry out additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Male/Female, Age: under 50 years old
  • Bachelor's degree major in Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration.
  • Have over 15 years of experience related to Sales
  • Experience in the Vietnamese chemical market (PP, PE, PET etc.) is required
  • Ability to manage and lead team members
  • Good communication in English
