Mô tả công việc:

Conduct market analysis, customer analysis, and competitor analysis.
Develop, implement, and manage regional sales channel expansion strategies.
Define sales growth targets, strategies, and execution plans for the next business cycle, and monitor implementation progress.
Obtain brand customers’ manufacturing factory lists, carry out reverse development of brand customers, and secure designation approvals from brand clients.
Collect and analyze channel information and integrate and evaluate channel resources.
Oversee daily operational and management activities within the assigned region.
Build and strengthen the sales team.
开展市场分析、客户分析、竞争对手分析。
开展区域内销售渠道拓展策略的制定、推进、管理工作。
制定下一周期销售增长目标、策略、计划，并监督实施。
获取的品牌客户加工厂清单，逆向开发品牌客户，获取品牌客户指定。
对渠道信息进行收集分析，整合与评审渠道资源。
区域开展日常管理工作。
开展销售团队建设。

Yêu cầu công việc:

Education Requirement: Full-time bachelor’s degree or above.
Major Requirement: Open to all majors.
Work Experience: More than 5 years of sales experience in the apparel, bags & luggage, and garment accessories industry, Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the zipper industry. For the Sales Director position, candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a Sales Director role, along with industry experience in zippers.
Professional Skills: Possess customer resources in the apparel, bags & luggage, and garment accessories industry; ability to keep up with and update industry trends; strong marketing logic and analytical thinking with problem-solving capabilities; proven successful cases of independently developing clients; experiences serving large apparel brands; excellent team leadership and management skills; adaptable to frequent business travel and client networking/entertainment activities.
English Proficiency: Fluent in reading and writing, with listening and speaking abilities.
Document Handling: Proficient in business document writing with strong logical written expression skills.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT) and skilled in using CRM systems.
Other Requirements: Holder of a C1 driver’s license with proficient driving skills.

学历要求：统招本科及以上。
专业要求：专业不限。
工作经验：服装、箱包、辅料行业销售类工作经验 5 年以上，有拉链经验者优先。总监岗需直接有拉链经验并具备 2 年以上总监的工作经验。
专业技能：具有服装、箱包、辅料行业客户资源，具有掌握与更新行业动态的能力，具备较强的市场营销逻辑思维能力，并能够分析和解决问题，具有独立开发客户成功案例，服务过大型服装品牌、具备优秀的团队领导与管理能力、适应出差工作与交际应酬。
英语水平：英语：读、写流利，可以听、说。
公文处理：熟练掌握公文写作，具有书面表达逻辑。
计算机水平：掌握 OFFICE 系列软件（ WORD、 EXCLE、 PPT）、熟练使用 CRM 系统。
其他要求：持有 C1 驾照，熟练驾驶。
