Sale Admin Intern (6 Months)

Sale part

• Doing market research on targeted segments to build up a potential list of customers for the B2B department.
• Making cold calls, sending emails to approach target customers.
• Making quotations for newly acquired customers and contract preparation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with other departments to smoothly proceed related documents, contracts, quotations in a timely manner.
• Red invoice, paperwork preparation as department’s requirement.
• Paperwork (Copy/Notarized) with Legal.

Admin part

• Schedule meetings and manage calendars within a team.
• Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
• Help with daily time management.
• Run errands as requested.
• Follow travel request and report.
• Coordinate internal/external events and speaking engagements.
• Draft correspondence such as emails and letters

• Junior or Senior student preferably
• Be able to work full time from Mon - Fri
• Sale & Customer Service mindset
• Detail oriented

• Internship allowance
