Job Description:
Responsible for managing the resources of an organization or company's resources, particularly human resource management. The role involves gathering information about current personnel, forecasting future human resource needs, and ensuring the organization has adequate resources to meet job requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collecting data on personnel, including skills, experience, and abilities.
-Collaborating with other departments to determine staffing requirements and resource planning.
-Managing resource-related information, including work schedules and other pertinent resource data.
-Proposing strategies to optimize the utilization of existing human resources.
-Implementing performance evaluation methods to enhance resource management.
-Deploying methods to enhance resource efficiency.
-Analyzing workforce trends to forecast future human resource needs.
-Organizing training and development programs for the human resource pool.
Job Requirements:
