We are a small and fast-moving team. Therefore, we need a talent who has a customer-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and courage to build & grow products from scratch with us.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a young dynamic person joining our HR team. Are you the one who is always willing to learn new things and dare to cope with challenges in a global fast-moving environment? You will be a key player in building our human resource team and contributing to the development of the business group.

● Oversee all hiring stages from sourcing to onboarding

● Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

● Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. platforms and professional networks)

● Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

● Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details

● Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)

● Support employer branding initiatives and attend job fairs and recruitment events

● Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

● Other relevant tasks following HRM’s requests

Requirements

●Atleast2year’professional experienceasaRecruitmentSpecialistorsimilarrole(s)

●FluentEnglishwithbothverbalandwrittencommunication

●Proficiencyintheuseofpopular recruitmentwebsites,includingVietnamWorks,CareerBuilder,etc.

●Familiaritywithsocialmedia,resume databasesandprofessionalnetworks(e.g.LinkedIn,Facebook,etc.)

●Hands-onexperiencewithfull-cycle recruitingusingvariousinterviewtechniquesandevaluationmethods

●Excellentcommunicationskills

●Akeenunderstandingofthe differencesbetweenvariousroleswithinorganizations

●Goodtimemanagementskillswiththe abilitytojugglevariousopenpositions
