Mô tả công việc

Identify and source top talent through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, etc.
Understand clients hiring requirements, needs, and company culture.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for client organizations.
Manage and guide candidates through the interview process, providing feedback and support at each stage.
Support to negotiate salary packages, benefits, and other employment terms between clients and candidates.
Develop a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets and objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
Preferably English communication skill
