The Quality Assurance reports directly to the Project Manager and Head of QA.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a QA Engineer, you'll be at the heart of ensuring the quality and reliability of ourproducts across various platforms. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for Mobile, Web applications, and APIs.
- Execute various testing types, including functional, regression, performance, and compatibility testing, to identify and document bugs, defects, and usability issues.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure that our products meet specified requirements.
- Document and communicate test findings, coverage, and quality metrics effectively to stakeholders, empowering informed decision-making.
- Continuously refine QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage testing environments, including user accounts, configurations, and deployments, to maintain optimal functionality.
- Uphold rigorous quality standards to deliver excellence in our products.
- Explore and implement best practices, leveraging insights into both internal and external business dynamics to enhance our products and services.

Yêu cầu về trình độ/kinh nghiệm:
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm chuyên môn trong thử nghiệm phần mềm, tập trung vào ứng dụng di động (Android và iOS), ứng dụng web và API.
- Hiểu biết sâu sắc về nền tảng di động, bao gồm vòng đời phát triển ứng dụng di động và phương pháp thử nghiệm.
- Kinh nghiệm thực tế trước đây về thử nghiệm API, sử dụng các công cụ thử nghiệm API có sẵn như Postman, SOAPUI
- Quen thuộc với phương pháp Agile/Scrum và kinh nghiệm cộng tác trong các nhóm chức năng chéo.
- Có tư duy làm việc nhóm mạnh mẽ, kết hợp với hành vi chủ động, tự khởi xướng, kỹ năng giao tiếp tuyệt vời và cam kết học hỏi liên tục.
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề với khả năng tiếp cận thách thức một cách sáng tạo và tận dụng các giải pháp hiện có.
- Có xu hướng hướng tới tư duy hỗ trợ chất lượng, tích cực hỗ trợ các nhà phát triển cải thiện chất lượng sản phẩm thay vì chỉ đánh giá sản phẩm cuối cùng.
Ưu điểm:
- Bằng Cử nhân Kỹ thuật, Khoa học Máy tính hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tế tương đương.
- Kinh nghiệm viết kịch bản, mã hóa và sử dụng các khung thử nghiệm tự động như Appium, XCTest, LambdaTest, Webdriver và Selenium.
- Hiểu biết cơ bản về lập trình và khả năng xây dựng ứng dụng độc lập.
- Có chứng chỉ ISTQB.
- Khả năng tiếng Anh thành thạo.
