QA – QC Junior Role

• Following up the company methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment.• Ensuring that products Samples and Bulk Production adhere to quality standards.• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.• Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products.• Training and managing factories’ production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods.• Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is corrected.• Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards.• Perform In-line, Pre-final, and Final inspection.• Follow up on a quality system of daily production and report to the office.• All types of samples are good monitoring & requirement wise send to buyer for approval.• Work on Product development according to the buyer’s instruction.• Work with production teams to develop process flows and helped troubleshoot problems.• Make sure to send samples according to buyer’s requirement & personally check the sample fitting.

• University degree majoring in garment technology is preferred• Technical and logical method to resolve problems• Ability to create organized and succinct inspection reports• Detail-oriented and good team player, hard-working and high responsibility• Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work• 3-5 years of QA experience at garment factories or representative offices• Good verbal and written English• Professional email communication skills a must
