QA Manual Developer (Senior)

Your responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and procedures
• Participate in software planning and design activities to ensure quality requirements are met
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality and conformance to business requirements
• Identify defects and work with the development team to resolve issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software application testing is integrated and effective
• Lead and participate in continuous process improvement efforts to increase the quality and efficiency of testing processes
• Collect and analyze metrics to monitor testing progress and software quality
• Manage and maintain the testing environment and testing data
• Participate in training and mentoring for other members of the team
  

Your Skills and Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance (QA) or quality control (QC)
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and procedures
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools and technologies
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
• Knowledge of SQL and database technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
