Mô tả công việc

Project Development Assistant is responsible for following up, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of the Project Development Manager to ensure department's targets are met in a qualitative, timely and cost-effective manner.
- Consolidate and prepare the overview report on the process of Projects activities;
- Prepare the reports to the Board of Directors and the authorities;
- Coordinate with Project Manager with obtaining necessary permits/licenses for the projects, follow up with the requirements of the permits/licenses, and ensure all obligations are fulfilled;
- Assist with land issues and Land Use Right Certificate for clients;
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Degree in economics, law, administration, business or related fields.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a related field or similar position.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
