Production Planner

• Get the Orders/ PO from Planning Head Office/ Merchandiser.
• Analyzes sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
• Collect the new samples send to IE analysis SMV.
• Make production Plan for Internal size relaxing Fabrics– Cutting – Sewing –Finishing Plan.
• Deploy the plan to all departments to make sure the plan is running as well.
• Coordinate delivery of parts to expedite flow of material to meet production schedule.
• Utilize ERP system to auto‐generate manufacturing work orders sending and receive garments wash.
• Release manufacturing work orders to the warehouse for kit picking.
• Coordinate/expedite manufacturing builds to ensure schedules are achieved.
• Completes status reports, such as production progress, customer information and materials inventory.
• Cooperating with laundry factory make the plan sending wash / return wash to make sure the finishing enough the feeding and to catch shipment date.
• Closing orders q’ty between laundry subcon and Sewing.

Other requirement by Manager.

• Production and Processing – Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Ability to interact well with internal and external customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient use of computer systems and software applications.
• In‐depth knowledge of ERP software preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years production planning experience in a related industry

Compensation: Salary dependent on experience and qualifications

Paid Time Off (PTO):12 days per year, plus 1 day for each successive 5 years; 11 holidays per year; subject to changes in Vietnam labor law.
