Production Manager

• Production Preparation: Plan, check HSL and warehouse release documents, production batch records, and production processes. Organize the receipt, transportation, storage, and preservation of raw materials.
• Production: Organize the production process, packaging, and coordinate sampling.
• Warehouse Entry and Batch Completion: Preserve and store separately, complete production records, warehouse entry, and summarize resources regarding labor and raw material consumption.
• Control Non-conformance in Production.
• Participate in Customer Complaint Resolution: Implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in Validation Activities.
• Manage Risks in the Production Process.
• Control Changes.
• Organize and Implement Production-related Guidelines and Procedures.
• Participate in Employee Training.
• Participate in Internal Audits and Evaluations.
• Manage and Utilize Assets Under Responsibility.
• Participate in New Product Development.

• Computer Skills: Office computing
• Experience in the Position: At least 3 years
