Product Planning Senior Staff

Our company is looking for a candidate to join the Asia Washing Machine Business Unit team, detail tasks as below:

1. Business strategy & Product strategy:

- Support for product planning under superiors to maximize customer value to realize business & product strategy toward further business growth

- Support to study for social trend & customer trend in long term to set up product strategy which will maximize customer value

- Support to set up project to proceed 3 years product roadmap connecting with core technology and apply on to business plan

- Support how to realize KPI and individual goals

2. Product planning & Marketing

- Having responsibility to take initiative to proceed development with superiors support which maximize customer value and profitability

- Support to identify social trend & customer trend in long term and set up product specification which deliver new value to customer

- Creating presentation materials and delivering presentations and demonstrations

3. Consolidated profit management

- Chasing operational excellence for consolidated profit maximization

- Understand P&L for factory and sales company of in-charge project and identify the issues to be improved

- Support to conduct necessary action under superiors based on the direction for further improvement

* Working time: 8:00 - 16:45 (Every Monday to Friday & 0-2 Saturday/Month)

- University graduated majoring in Economics, Marketing and other related major

- Have 3-4 years of experience in similar position

- Have good logical thinking and be able to use Excel, Power Point, Power BI

- Good English in both reading and communication, Japanese is a big plus

- Be careful, enthusiastic and willing to work under pressure

- Fresher with remarkable abilities is also welcomed
