Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Manage and support infrastructure-related systems such as CCTV, PA, PBX, eWork, and access control systems to ensure stable operation and integrate with corporate IT environment
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure systems including server, network, storage, backup, and cloud environment
- Implement and support infrastructure projects such as upgrade, migration
- Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents to ensure minimal downtime and timely recovery
- Prepare and maintain documentation, standard procedures, and reports to support audit, planning and continuous improvement

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Graduated from University or higher
- At least 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, and firewall management
- Knowledge of CCNA, MCAAA or other relevant certificates is preferred
- Experience with systems such as CCTV, PBX, PA, and access control is an advantage
- Basic English
