Mô tả công việc
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to define product roadmaps and features for Shopify apps.
- Gather and analyze user feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in your apps.
- Prioritize product backlog items and user stories to ensure development efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Manage the product roadmap for your apps, including defining clear product vision, goals, and success metrics.
- Work with the development team to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with the QA team to define and execute testing plans for new features and updates.
- Track app performance metrics and user engagement to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Shopify App Store trends and best practices.
- Create and maintain product documentation for the apps.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed about product progress and roadmaps.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a product management or related role (e.g., project management, business analyst).
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and familiarity with Shopify as a platform is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Experience with user research and user story development is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is a plus.
