Payment Solution Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute domestic and international payments (external & internal) with accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare and submit payment reports and bank statements for management and audit purposes.

• Review and validate the accuracy and compliance of all payment instructions.

• Serve as the primary contact with local and international banks, as well as payment service providers; maintain strong working relationships.

• Lead initiatives to develop, expand, and optimize international payment channels.

• Research and evaluate digital payment methods and international payment gateways, ensuring compliance and risk management.

• At least 4 years of proven experience in international payments, treasury, or banking operations for multinational companies or international banks

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or related fields

• Proven experience working with foreign banks and handling cross-border payment transactions.

• Strong understanding of international payment systems, SWIFT, and digital payment gateways.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to compliance and detail.

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
