Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Executive

Assistant to our Director in our network specializing in marketing and sales. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Russian, Vietnamese, and English, and will play a key role in supporting our Director and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from all departments to provide insights for decision-making

• Assist in preparing reports and gathering essential information from cross-departmental teams

• Participate in meetings, taking notes and structuring meeting minutes for future reference

• Assist in developing and maintaining clear planning processes

• Coordinate with various teams to facilitate effective communication and project management

• Manage schedules and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and initiatives

• Fluency in Russian, Vietnamese, and English (both spoken and written)

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in office software and tools

• A proactive individual with an active lifestyle

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
