Operation Staff (Sea Export Us/Canada)

Mô tả Công việc
- Ensure daily operations are completed as per Import/ export procedures.
- Well co-ordinate with relevant team (Sale/ export, Import/ Logistics/ Invoicing) to make sure whole process is properly follow.
- Handle documentation for export shipments from get booking until close a file, including main jobs below:
+ Check and update schedules of carriers, airlines, co-loaders as required to clients/sales; and send the booking upon request of sales/client, Get booking with carrier/ co-loader
+ Make all documents (billing, filling AMS/ACI/AFR, sending pre-alert, do payment ....) to finish the import - export process
+ Follow and report cargo schedule
- Daily update data into company's system.
- Assist and report to Operation Manager.
- Others jobs as per BOD's requirements

2. English (listening, speaking and writing skill) - Microsoft office
3. High responsibility, flexibility, hard-working, and willing to learn more.

5. Ability to work independently and teamwork with multiple tasks and time management skill.
6. Willing to learn and high motivated.
