    Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
    • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company career pages.

    Sourcing & Talent Pool Management:

    • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
    • Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates and nurture relationships for future opportunities.

    Screening & Interviewing:

    • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
    • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
    • Prepare interview questions and assessment tools and provide guidance to hiring teams on best practices.

    Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and feedback.
    • Manage candidate communication and scheduling in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Address candidate inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

    Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies, including equal employment opportunity and data privacy regulations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring metrics.
    • Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to HR leadership.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role at least 2 years
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
