Receive Tech file/Research sheet/fabric sourcing request and development template from manager and is given by manager a deadline
Input all information into Google Sheet and update it all along the development process
Source or arrange material for sampling as fast as possible
Systematically request from fabric supplier info about: Price/ Composition/ GSM/ Width/ MCQ/ MOQ
Make sure the price of the submitted fabric is always updated
Check Weight/ Handfeel/ Stretch/ Transparency/ Composition of the yardage when it arrives in office and keep clear record of it
Estimate FOB price accuracy by comparing new developments with similar styles from previous seasons
Submit fabric to buyer by herself
Check consumption and make sure efficiency is at least reaching 80%
Build Net Cost and submit it to manager first, then to Sales team (Manager or Sales Team must make sure the record of the NC and offered price is kept in Dropbox)
Prepare sample polybag for sample room, including fabric, trims, TF and pattern
Follow up sample during sewing
Check sample once completed and make sure fitting is correct then submit to buyer without showing to manager
Prepare sample cards with all relevant and correct information
Take clear pictures of sample and sample card and insert it into a PPT

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Good command of English spoken and written
Bachelor's degree in related field
At least 3 to 5 years' experience in garment industry with experience in development
Must be proactive with a solution/result-oriented attitude
Attention to detail and organized
Independent, willing to learn and hard working
