About the Role
Behn Meyer Vietnam is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and support business growth. This role is responsible for market analysis, brand management, communications, events, and digital marketing — ensuring that Behn Meyer remains a trusted and innovative partner to customers and suppliers.
Capture and analyze market trends to propose effective marketing strategies.
Collaborate with Sales and other departments to align marketing direction with business goals.
Build and implement marketing and brand communication plans.
Organize exhibitions, seminars, product launches, and customer engagement events.
Develop creative marketing materials (videos, brochures, POSM, digital campaigns, etc.).
Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Measure marketing performance and customer satisfaction to improve ROI.
Support digital marketing initiatives in line with regional e-commerce strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in chemicals, industrial, or agricultural sectors.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Customer Orientation: Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Vietnamese.
Creativity & Innovation: Skilled in developing engaging campaigns and modern media solutions.
Collaboration: Strong teamwork with cross-functional departments, especially Sales.
Analytical Skills: Capable of measuring performance and using data for continuous improvement.
Project Management: Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proven experience in event management, content development, and digital marketing.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
