Manufacturing Engineer

This position will be provided shuttle bus from Vung Tau/ Bien Hoa/ District 2/ Thu Duc City to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (40-50 minutes transportation to our Factory)

• Track all materials, equipment, and labor, and report daily production figures
• Monitor the productivity of staff, materials, and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Ensure quality of product during mass production
• Preparing/ reviewing documents such as process flow chart, BOM, FMEA, SOP, WI, etc.
• Reviewing product and tooling design with consideration of process and manufacturing;
• Supporting the process development, reviewing process-related documents such as working instructions, ensuring the on-time delivery of samples, and leading to the troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Handing over the product development to launch team in mass production, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated.
• Preparing and updating the lesson-learned database through the whole product development process.
• Maintaining/updating the MES/ERP information related to the new developed products.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or higher
• At least 3 years at the same position in manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge withProductivity, Efficiency, Bottle neck, Line balancingand etc.
• Root cause analysis experience withFMEA, 5WHY, 4W1H, 4Mand related methods.
• IATF 16949 awareness is prefered
• Good English communication skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills
