This role involves both manual and automated testing, requiring a proactive approach to detect issues and suggest improvements. You’ll be closely collaborating with a small, agile development team to refine our products to perfection.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test plans and cases that reflect real-world use and rapid product evolution.

• Quickly adapt testing methods and strategies in a dynamic development environment.

• Perform manual testing, emphasizing quick identification and resolution of defects.

• Work directly with developers and product managers to define clear requirements and deliverables.

• Advocate for best practices in software quality and integrate QA processes into the development lifecycle.

• Utilize and adapt automated testing tools and frameworks to improve test efficiency.

• Engage with end-users to understand usage scenarios and incorporate feedback into testing processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in a startup environment or with agile development teams is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
