1. Third-Party Logistics Coordination
o Coordinate third-party warehousing and distribution operations to ensure efficient inbound and outbound logistics.
o Monitor daily logistics activities to maintain smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
2. Exception Handling and Customer Satisfaction
o Assist in resolving logistics issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
o Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and implement improvement plans for recurring challenges.
3. Reporting and Inventory Management
o Support the preparation and consolidation of data reports for logistics activities.
o Assist with monthly inventory checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Invoice and Settlement Assistance
o Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accurate billing.
o Support settlement processes with third-party logistics partners.
1. Language Skills
o Proficiency in either English or Chinese as a working language.
2. Industry Experience
o Prior experience in the home appliance logistics industry, with air conditioning logistics experience preferred.
3. Technical Knowledge
o Familiarity with logistics systems such as WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transportation Management System).
4. Skills
o Strong ability to handle pressure and manage complex tasks.
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
o Proactively solution-oriented mindset.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Personal Qualities
o Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
