Lead Graphic Designer

Research & Ideation (15%)
- Support localises company and product brand identity following regional brand guidelines
- Work closely with the Brand & Communication Marketing (Senior or Lead), content marketing
counterparts and other cross-functional teams to ideate and develop new creative concepts
- Continuously discover and implement new design technologies and industry’s best practices to
maximise efficiency.
Project Management & Execution: (55%)
- Develop key visuals for marketing campaigns/activation programs
- Manage multiple creative projects from conception to delivery
- Design multimedia content for various marketing channels: social media, paid advertising, website,
sales collaterals,
- Liaise between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Quality Control (30%)
- Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
- Take responsibilities for the overall design quality.
- Report team efficiency to Marketing Manager

Qualification:
- Proven graphic design/multimedia experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and
video skills.
- At least 5+ years of continuous experience as a graphic/multimedia designer, having direct experience
with Fitness, Beauty, Wellness, Lifestyle, Entertainment is a plus
- Proficiency in design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, and other relevant tools.
- Have excellent visual communication skills as well as knowledge of visual design principles and
animation.
- Good project management and organisation skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
- A keen eye for visual details with aesthetic skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and open mindset towards all new and different things
