Junior Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time Accountant role, based on-site in the Hanoi Capital Region. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and overseeing general ledger activities. Key tasks include accounts payable and receivable management, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, and supporting audits. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes and contribute to the financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work with high levels of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Prior experience in an accounting role, preferably with exposure to cloud technology or IT sectors
