Mô tả công việc:

- Monthly bookkeeping and financial reports: General Journals, Profit and Loss Statement / Income Statement, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement; Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management; Other financial statements or disclosures if required by applicable regulations; Other accounting books and supporting documents required for financial audits, tax declarations, and regulatory compliance.

- Audit coordination: prepare documents, work with auditors.

- Taxation: Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), Transfer Pricing Appendices.

- Social - Health - Unemployment Insurance (SHUI): preparing and submitting employee increase/ decrease/ change reports, processing claims (labor accident, occupational disease, maternity, sick leave, etc), issuing and renewing health insurance cards, closing and updating social insurance books, submitting reports to SHUI authorities, etc.

- Compliance Reports: Labor Utilization Reports, Investment Activity Reports, Statistics Reports, etc.

- Compliance and Legal Management: Compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).

- Follow up on updates on Vietnamese tax - accounting policies & IFRS.

- Get VAT refund, CIT refund, when required.

- Work with authorities when needed.

- HR & Admin Management: Recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management, develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations, etc.

- Manage payroll, insurance, and employee

2. Recruiting Positions:

- Internal Accountant – Administrator – Human Resource: 1 Person

- Contract terms: full-time, on-site.

3. Work location: Floor 3, The Vista building, No. 628C Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

4. Working time: from Monday to Friday.

5. Time to start: Jan 2026.

6. Job Requirements:

- Graduated with an Accounting major.

- At least 2-year experienced in Vietnamese tax-accounting for FDI companies.

- Having experience with MISA accountant software is advantaged.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.

- Proficient in office skills, Microsoft 365.

- English skills: writing, reading & understanding, business communication skills are required.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Agile, hardworking, eager to learn, with a high sense of responsibility, honesty.

- Detail-oriented, good time-management, and organizational skills.
