Reporting to: Chief Accountant, Khiri Travel Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:
● Supporting AP to checking price with payment and other tasks on high season
● Manage insurance and union trade
● Work with external accounting in tracking debts, VAT invoices and support for auditing from Tax department in auditing
● Support HR Administration, such as holidays, updating labor contracts, annual leave, sick leave & staff events…
● Assist in overall all aspects of administrative management
● Manage confidential office documents and files, inventory, office contracts and supplier management
● Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities under the advisory and support of management team
● Handle office expenditure budget and manage monthly transactions with partners and suppliers under the support of Chief Accountant
● Prepare paperwork and procedures related to business license and other legal matters
● Coordinate with all Heads of Department and employees of Khiri Travel Vietnam for administrative requests and handling
● Provide customer service and management of client files when relevant and requested
● Follow procedures and policies set by the Khiri Core Team to prepare materials for employee related matters
● Be aware of and follow Khiri Core Team’s mission, principles and standards

What we’re looking for:
● Bachelor degree, preferably in Accounting or Administration
● Minimum 01 years in accounting or administrative role
● English skills (written and conversation)
